Work is progressing steadily at the Navi Mumbai International Airport, and it remains on schedule for its anticipated launch in December 2024, according to spokespersons from NMIAL.

Mumbai Metro, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, and the first phases of the Coastal Road Project and the Navi Mumbai International Airport are expected to boost the office leasing.

Over 57% of the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) construction is complete, positioning the project for a commercial debut in December 2024. The runway progress stands at 2800 metres.
